Birds Are Still Short Film

Birds Are Still is an indie narrative short film currently in pre-production. The short film will also feature music composed by Noah Milanovi and his band. 

"After her boyfriend loses the ability to form new memories, 24-year-old musician Yui must decide whether to stay in a love that can’t move forward or choose her own path. Through art they express what words can no longer say."

Birds are Still is made by a diverse team of emerging and professional filmmakers and musicians who are working together to bring this intimate story to life and will be filmed around Amsterdam.  Production is planned for September 2026. I spent 3 weeks in Argentina, for the first time, the country where my father was born. For 23 years I'd only heard stories and carried so much from a country I never visited. It was beautiful and at times confronting.
